Bill Sorenson has 21 years of experience as a sales leader and management consultant at Accenture and HP focusing on financial services and high-tech industries. At Accenture, Bill led numerous sales compensation and back office transformation initiatives while in client and engagement leadership roles. He directed efforts to shape and deliver solutions for a range of clients including Chase/Bank One, Allstate, American Express, Aegon, Thrivent, and CUNA Mutual.
Bill has had hands-on experience as a sales leader in multiple roles at HP to lead its services portfolio at State Farm and as an Account General Manager for one of HP’s largest FS/Insurance accounts. He is a thought leader in the area of back office operations transformation and performance management, helping clients improve key processes such as quota management, communication of incentives, and managing sales performance across highly-matrixed environments. Bill graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He enjoys cooking on weekends for his friends and family.
